I don't like Tony because the guy is a bit of a ass, but it was both of their fault. Kevin walked a bit too much into the track and Tony was acting like a dick causing the kid to get killed. Like said, Kevin had to be pissed after he was cut off so he sure as hell wasn't thinking soundly and those spring cars are -blam!-ing fragile so he had to get out.
