I would think, unfortunately no. Bungie has stated that there would be no cross-platform conversion, only cross generational.
I'd guess that they're applying only one emblem to the beta key used. That key would be registered to the system you 'betaed' on. In this case, 360. Since you'll be creating an entirely different account for PS4, I'd guess that the Beta presence from 360 wouldn't even register.

Ah well that's unfortunate....I would've liked to use the emblem, but eventually it would get meaningless as time goes on...like "Oh a beta emblem. That happened a long time ago scrub" and such... Eh still a shame...thanks anyways.

I was there, don't need frilly art to say it (though I am hella pissed I was out of town on the 26th and couldn't get the super-special one just for the sake of having it -.-). But from what I saw just in alpha and beta , there are a frigton of emblems, some goofy, some plane, some epic, some that are RP gold (yes I plan on RPing Destiny, XD) - Beta emblem or no, we'll have plenty of options that'll be unique to our toons
