to the ps favor section, you have to remember that the time gap is part of its "EXCLUSIVE" deal with Play Station, pleas dont regress to "Why doesn't bungie love us xbox fans anymore?" remember that PS payed for the exclusivity rights for exclusive content and early release on the expansions, This isn't favoritism, this is Contract rules. Now for the DLCs, you are actually receiving them at their planned date of release, PS gets EARLY access because of the contract. I also dont think they are planning on bringing out another game every year. Imagine it like World of Warcraft, First game then updates, an expansion, and more updates after a couple of years they will make another (Game= Big Expansion) I say big expansion because its basically the first version but with big changes, like more planets and plot changes. and the same goes for this Big-Expansion, we get updated, then expansions, and more updates, and then another Big-Expansion after some years. So dont worry about the timeline you will still have plenty of stuff to do.
