This thread needs to be more popular.
Also, Destiny needs more communication. People should be able to speak to others on their team in PvP and strikes. There should be some way to chat with people in the Tower (possibly some sort of text chat). You can't have a friendly social environment is there is no social environment because people can't communicate. It should be opt-in, so people don't have to go out of their way to avoid intrusive communication, but you can't have perfectly friendly and effective communication.

The most frustrating part is that the suggestions that have been rolling in have just been base-level communication features. That's how desperately Destiny needs -any- form of social features. Admittedly it is difficult to come up with ideas that are trying to abide by Bungie's principles at the same time.
