Thanx to Deej for bringing this clan to light, I just joined them myself as I have been looking for a group that understands what it's like to game while dealing with the background distraction of a family as well.

I joined this clan in its budding phase and have been grateful to its founders ever since. I love the group, topics, comradery, support, but what is a point of pride for us (if i may) is actually what you won't find there; the nonsense and negativity pervasive in many other places. I haven't joined a clan since '96. Yes, it's that good. See you starside - MADDMAN

2 RepliesCool feature, as a father of a just turned 1yo I appreciate this type of clan, kudos to you dads out there. However the badass in me will remain crossbone vanguard til my bloated corpse drifts into the atmosphere following a catastrophic nova bomb to the face.

13 RepliesI think that it's great to have a clan that can't, by choice, play as much as they would really like to. For those that think this is dumb, I think you should be thanking DoD because it gives players that are not as good as you, a clan to hang out with and not having us dads being the weak link in your fire teams. Before kids, I was able to play a whole lot more than I do now and I was a whole lot better at games then I am now. I know I'm not the greatest player but I can still hold my own. I can also say that my life is balanced and I'm happy with that choice. I love being part of this group of people that are going to be playing more at my ability. Thanks DoD

6 RepliesSpeaking of clans: We are the ShadowWraiths. This clan will have periodic updates, competitions, random discussions, and of course some cool story's to tell. We are a growing clan and are looking for some members that fit the criteria of what we're looking for (see below). We plan on defeating the vault of glass (who isn't really) and are planning on becoming a formidable foe amongst the crucible with teamwork. Since we will not want to reach the member cap of 75 (so we don't butcher your friends list, the ShadowWraiths will only have around 30-40.) we will be choosing amongst the comments. This is what i would like to see amongst the shadow's ranks. Place/Time zone: would really prefer members to be around pacific west time zone, but it is not required. Age: Whatever as long as theirs no squeakers. Skill: All you need to be is good, that means at least around a .8 or above. Please reply if you want to join and I'll tell ya what to do. Game on Guardians!

I love this clan! Been part of other clans and was never happy with any of them! So nice to play and talk with people my own age, with the same family values and situation! Great bunch of people!!
