I'm not going to insult you like others ITT, but I will say that there is a difference.
And I can also honestly say I see a lot of hypocrisy in the world today. Take for example, homosexuals. When I first joined b.net, I got into an argument with someone about that topic. It was very interesting. I noticed that as we were debating, he was judging me and jumping to conclusions. Why does this matter? Well what was the argument about? It was about me not being ecstatic over homosexuals. But why does this matter to him? After all, me was trying to get me to not judge and jump to conclusions about homosexuals, yet he was doing that very thing to me! Its just interesting how when you feel strongly about something you may overlook what happens during that.

That's just a good example of the levels of maturity. People who can't argue without letting their personal feeling get in the way usually act like that.

Exactly. And as much as I'd like to say I don't do that, we all do. Our feelings, thoughts, and emotions dictate everything we do, so of course they will come out when we feel offended or we feel like standing up for our convictions.
I don't know why I'm making thought provoking posts.....
We all do to a certain degree though. Some people are really good at giving objective arguments without name calling or having a hissy fit when someone insults their philosophies. I admire those people for keeping it cool.

I'll be honest, I've never had such a thought provoking conversation with someone on b.net. You're one of the few coherent ones left.
Followed.
Lol thx.

As do I. It shows that they don't let their feelings/thoughts interfere with their debates. It also shows that they are open minded to a degree, and they won't let personal thoughts about a person hinder their decision making or thought process.
