they already have to be close to even think about hitting you it's not OP.
When a titan uses his super you first thought should be "get out of the way" not "kill him before he lands it"

I'm not talking about seeing a Titan and saying let me kill him before he gets it off I'm talking about me chasing a Titan into a room he turns around and I melee right before he supers and it do no damage. Or me actually avoiding the ridiculously large hit area of his super (it can be done) and putting a full clip into him and him taking no damage
