After completely filling out all fields correctly and enabling Xbox Clan Features, I receive the following message when clicking the "CREATE YOUR CLAN" button: "The provided clan name or clan tag could not be validated due to an unexpected error, please try again. (669)." Repro Steps: 1.) Go to www.bungie.net/en/Clans/Popular and click the "CLICK HERE TO START YOUR OWN GROUP" button found at the top of the page. 2.) Fill out a clan name (max 25 characters) and clan mission statement. 3.) Select an avatar and a banner. 4.) Check the "Enable Xbox Clan Features" and enter the desired 4 character Clan ID. 5.) Click the "CREATE YOUR CLAN" button. 6.) Observe pop-up message. Result: Receive message "The provided clan name or clan tag could not be validated due to an unexpected error, please try again. (669)." Expected Result: The creation of my new clan. Notes: I did not try to create a group or clan during the beta. I am trying to get this clan created post beta (first attempt 7/30) in preparation of the Destiny launch (9/9). I have several members who are waiting to join (pending the successful creation of the clan). The issue occurs in both Google Chrome and Internet Explorer. None that I am aware of. [b]*FIX INFORMATION:[/b] [b]BUNGIE RECENTLY UPDATED MESSAGE 669 TO INFORM PLAYERS THAT THE GROUP/CLAN NAME WAS ALREADY IN USE. DUE TO THIS INFORMATION I WENT BACK IN WITH A DIFFERENT NAME AND WAS FINALLY ABLE TO GET A GROUP/CLAN CREATED. FOR ALL OF THOSE HAVING THIS ISSUE, IT IS DUE TO THE FACT THAT THE NAME YOU ARE TRYING HAS ALREADY BEEN TAKEN BY SOMEONE ELSE.[/b]
