I understand there's a coordination aspect to it, but doesn't this kind of limit content to those who don't have 5 PS4/console of choice owning friends?

Or meeting people in game. By the time you get far enough into the game to do raids, if you haven't added some people, you are playing wrong.

This. Besides that there are a ton of decent players who are willing and even looking on the forums to add people to their friends list. In the Beta I had added like 20 people to my friends list already. I don't see why this is so hard.

That's a solid point. I'll probably browse clans and forums for raid groups. And like you said about adding a lot of people, the same kind of thing happened to me - I got about 5 random friend requests. I suppose there are tools to make due.

its not. they are jsut spending all their time and effort to bitch and complain because its not an option there to make things easier for them because they are too lazy to omg look at the forum thread made for people to find friends... or what the -blam!-ing hell there's a clan tab off to the side menu? WHOAH mind blown >.> yeah its like that...
