Alright, so everyone has a different opinion on whether we should get our Beta progress transferred over to the real game, and in this topic I want to definitively figure out both sides, the nays and the yays. First though, let me throw my bias at you. I love my gear. I took forever to get my gear. I love you Shingen-C (I hate your perk though).
Now, rational reasons (that may not be that rational) to transfer:
1. Time. I took my time to play through out this beta, and look for bugs, heck loot the world too. I have grinded Devils Lair way too much. I wouldnt want my time to just be wasted.
Rational reasons not to transfer:
1. This isn't the full game. You are here to test servers and check out bugs. Not fair to others who did not have this chance.
Now, derail! Fire shots! But be completely reasonable that other people has strains on their time, and put importance to different things. Can you help me root out any other, solid, ration reasons for either side?

Bungie's engineer Roger Wolfson has already made it clear. “Let’s say Destiny 2 [and] Destiny 3 are out, and we have new players joining the fun. [They] want to play those new games alongside those who have been playing Destiny from the beginning. [We want to ensure] they won’t feel like they’re four years behind. And then, if they want to, they’ll be able to go back and pick up the old content on their same character. So we’ve done a lot of planning for how that’s going to work, to not make people feel like they have years worth of levelling up to do.” What this means, players whom have not played the Beta does not have any disadvantages for have a late start. Hence, you know what this means ;)
