I still havnt gotten it can anyone shed some light on how to get it

You need to be Iron Banner Rank1, after that go to Lord Saladin and buy it for 1000Glimmer. Points you get when yiu Win a Irin Banner Match 25points. And for the Challenges

Edited by Saudademaru: 7/26/2014 7:21:31 AMPlay some iron banner crucible (Only open a couple of hours when Bungie announces it) then go to the tower (During the event) and talk to Saladin (North in the tower.
