What do you do when you feel sad?
When I feel sad, I remind myself that I'm not Lil Wayne and I feel so much better.

Fall into a pit of spiraling depression after realizing that sadness is inevitable and on the the cosmological scale we are not even blips on the radar and because of this nothing we could do would make a difference large enough to register. Death is inevitable and nothing we do truly matters because all things end eventually.
