I'm pretty sure that's the whole point of getting the iron banner stuff. Plus they're giving out exclusive emblems for people that play on the 26th, so it wouldn't make sense for them to wipe the characters after doing that.

Yea why would they give us level 10 weapons if the caps 8 and their going to wipe us?

That's exactly what I think and not to mention they gave us charicter details on the app why should they wipe that?
