Also - I couldn't redeem my code until I set up my subscription to xbox live gold. You need to make sure that you have a gold membership otherwise you won't be able to redeem your code on the Store on the xbox dashboard - hope this helps! p.s. the xbox website is quite buggy so you are always better off just redeeming your codes on the console itself and not the internet.
