Exact same problem, we're not dollar signs so don't expect us to be prioritized.

Well they don't seem to like out money. I just cancelled my preorder, cause I'm seriously pissed.

You're only hurting yourself by not getting it, and for a reason that has absolutely nothing to do with the game. Good job.

I've heard word that trials will work today but that sounds like a long shot to be honest. Oh and chill out, this is Beta dude, it's like test driving a car with no seats or Air conditioning.
