I kind of understand, how some feel about the collected gear in the beta and how it would be nice for it to transfer to the finished product.
How ever, this is the beta and the point of it is to help the developer to root out bugs, analyze network/ player behavior and such, not to please the testers whims
(such as this one).
The game is not finished at the moment and can have
changes made before it's launch gear included.
I for one think, that everything beta stays in the beta.
Everyone starts fresh, when the finished game comes out
on September. Fare and square.

Five bucks towards a game. The game isn't out yet. And as far as gear is concerned, it took less than a day to get level 8. I'll be 10+ in one day and so will most of you. That level 8 gear will last all of 2 hours until something better, and higher drops.

I also pre-ordered The Order at GameStop. I don't expect to own it until its release date. The fact that this game is in beta shouldn't make it any different. It's also closed beta. I've played dozens of games, and I've never seen a closed beta that wasn't wiped. It's normally the open beta that they keep.
