UNREAL! I seriously cannot believe how many haters there are! People born to complain I guess! Bungie employees have poured their heart and souls into this game, sacrificed their personal lives, and ultimately made something for YOU to enjoy. How bout' anybody with a crap attitude go stick their heads in a toilet where it belongs!

Edited by Cless: 9/19/2014 9:34:04 PMJust like with mainstream news, only the bad get showcased. Plenty of us love the game and are happy with it. We're just not as vocal as the haters and we don't generate enough buzz.

Necrobumped

I think most of the complaints come from people who never played an mmo is nothing but grinding and the story is sparse at best, I think it's a great game they're is some minor inconveniences, but most of that can be patched, this game is set to tell a greater story if they put it all in the beginning what's the point of playing any further, it will come along o have no complaints and if I did they would be minor, but proximity chat would be great

Don't h8 m8, appreci8
-
Because people expect the game to be perfect. Especially since they found out bungie are going to spend 500 million dollars to develop this game. And halo definitely has a set a bar to high to match.
-
If you want people to take you seriously don't use the term "hater" also the game has many problems that are frustrating and people that are mad have the same right to post there opinions as you do, perhaps now you cannot see the games flaws but you will soon, the "they poured their heart and souls into the game" is bullshit because it has no feeling, the game has no heart no actual motivation to play besides leveling up and getting loot.
-
What haters? I see people passionately expressing their frustration with how Activision is marketing Destiny. But not hate.
-
so many haters because of so many Bull sht oh poor "have poured their heart and souls into this game, sacrificed their personal lives, and ultimately made something for YOU to enjoy."? first of all they got payed well for that second we pay that game they didnt give it to us for fre so shut up straigh...JUST SHUT UP!
-
If cross platform transferring was able to be done then i wouldnt be complaining but now im stuck with this 500 some dollar ps4 thats pretty much -blam!-ing useless
-
One, they have valid points, two, you insulting them brings you down to their level, and 3, potato.
-
Ya well unfortunately this is the internet. Where haters will always be complaint. Some of it is constructive criticism but most of it is garbage and ignorance. I feel your pain
-
This is not primary school. You do not get an A for effort

Edited by Gray Fox: 9/21/2014 7:29:53 PMThose are those things you do for 500.000.000 $.. They didn't sacrifice anything for the game or for us. They sacrificed (maybe) a lot of things so they get this huge paycheck. And then they delivered a game that's not even working on a lot of consoles. And to be honest.. I don't care why this game is not working on a lot of consoles. All other online games work fine, this one does not.. that's all that counts.

Edited by Matt71: 9/20/2014 3:24:12 PMSee, the problem is this: I see little soul, and no heart in Destiny. The game, at best, is meh. . Sure, it has fantastic potential, but there are just too many issues: lack of story lack of crucible maps/matchamaking results in lopsided matches lack of interesting patrol missions lack of character development of any kind Lack of interesting things to do in tower lack of communication, game is quiet, no one communicates ever loot drops insanely rare. Grinding isn't fun a week plus later and getting nothing I could go on, but you get the idea. I think people like me bitch a lot cause after playing the Halo series, we have come to expect bungie to make great games that revolutionize the industry, not meh experiences that has no identity. No one can tell me that they don't think this game looks like Mass Effect, but with goofy looking armor?

Belongs in #destiny
-
Some people don't feel right without drama. Give them a brick of solid gold and they will complain about how heavy it is.
-
I agree with that people bitch to much. But disagree that bungie threw their hart and souls into this game. It sucks bungie standard wise. I hope that destiny 2 is alot better than this.
-
People just bitch, it's what they do. They want instant gratification and just cry and moan because they didn't get what they want. It seems like there's so much haters because the people who love the game are too busy playing it. I personally loooove the game and love the fact that progression is slow. It gives me more to look forward to in the future :)
-
Agreed, I have no idea why this game has got such bad reviews and a dedicated fan base of haters. It seems trendy to hate this game backed by outrages bullshit claims of broken promises by Bungie. The game is fun to play, has a lot to it, and a lot going for it.
-
Because I paid 90$ downloaded my dlc and guess what
It isnt there, so -blam!- destiny right now :)
-
yeah it's crazy and frustrating... so much ignorance out there and terrible assumptions and misinterpretations... but screw them, I'll be too busy playing this great game with my fellow guardians, I love everyone who shares my enthusiasm for Destiny.
-
Because video games.
-
Just ignore the haters you'll feel a lot better.
-
They are just trying to be cool... there still all playing like the rest of us im sure. Well done Bungie although it's not perfect it was huge risk and undertaking and like all long term games it will continue to evolve into a better game.

1. Nostalgia glasses for Halo 2. Trolling 3. Idiots

Because you can't please everyone, and its human nature to expect everything and everyone else around you to CHANGE so that you never have to leave your personal comfort zone. It's like the old Indian parable about the King who nearly bankrupted his kingdom because he hated the rough, stony roads and terrain...and wanted to cover the entire land in leather. He nearly lost his kingdom before a poor, but wise old woman solved his problems for a mere 10 rupees. She made him a pair of SANDALS. Like the King most people would have the world covered in leather before stopping to consider putting on a pair of shoes.
