Vanguard Points don't save
So... I was exploring a lot, doing the little mini quests, and found that I would earn vanguard points for these tasks. BUT I never got any saved- all this time and I'm still at 0! Is this a bug or is this a Beta thing?

You're getting vanguard reputation, not marks. Check with the vanguards and you can see your rep. You get marks by turning in spinmetal at the quartermaster
