I have 2 ps4's rigged up at home. Had the centipede error for over 10 hours. Worked fine on the first day. When I try starting the error pops up on both consoles, where as my friends account works on them both. So it can't be connection my end. I have signed up to there website, downloaded the ap for my phone which says I've not created a character. (Possible saved data corruption) used the vault to transfer items. I even used another beta code and it threw up this response; "You have successfully upgraded the trial version of destiny beta to the full game. You do not need to download anything, you can now launch the full game from the context area." Sounds great right... But we all know the full game isn't out till September so maybe this could be the reason behind the centipede error? Regardless I'm still getting it, I just hope they fix it by the 26th so I can get the beta emblem, and be able to play more than just one day of beta.
