Having the centipede issue as well. Any luck figuring it out yet? My NAT is 1 and I was able to play yesterday night, too. Have tried LAN and wireless to no avail.

Yup same here. Played for 6-7hrs last night perfectly fine, app even worked too. Then all day today I've been getting this dang error, and app says my account hasn't played the beta yet! At the least tell us you are working on it Bungie. It's just rude and poor customer service to not acknowledge a problem to your customers. And yes it's a beta, sh#t happens. Doesn't mean they have to ignore the ppl that want to test their product.
