Should everyone have their codes yet? I haven't gotten an email , nor do I have a code in my profile. according to Bungie, they were all sent as of 3 hours ago my time (CST)

When your code is available, you will be able to go to your Bungie.net profile page under 'codes' to view your codes. So just check until it arrives.
