Story Same?
Has anyone else made the connection of the congruence of story lines between Destiny and Halo? Flood = Hive, Covenant = Fallen
I'm still interested to see the direction of the story just wondering if it will share all of the same themes

The Hive and the floods reveal do share remarkable similarities (although the hive reveal is basically more of a copy of the reveal of the flood again in halo 2 IMO) and for intents and purposes they serve the same purpose in both games. I am just surprised that they marketed the hive out to the general audience so quickly instead of keeping it a secret like they did in with the flood in Halo CE. Perhaps there is another secret that they are hiding instead.
