I'm a little confused, I thought the family gold plan was discontinued? I do not own an Xbox one but if the X1 works the same way the 360 works then you should be fine. The way the 360 works is if you download something into an xbox any account on that Xbox will have access to the content downloaded. But let's say your X1 breaks and you get a new xbox. The only account that will have access to that content is the account that downloaded the said content. But that can be fixed by transferring your digital license to the new xbox.
