How age appropriate will Destiny be?

So... we all know the rating of Destiny will get a M rating but does this type of gamestyle deserve this title? Almost all of the Halo games could have gotten a T rating. Even the blood (and) gore of the aliens is little to comparison of that of Dead Space series or Black Ops II zombies. But still, the hype for such games as this allow for more adult ratings for the game title. Destiny, as most presume, will be like Halo series as the minimal blood from characters makes that of the game mild compared to other games that deserve the M rating. Even Battlefield 4, one of the most top rated realistic games shows only spurts of blood for a second before the character dies. Call of duty creators, whom of which are help creating Destiny, offer the same mild blood spurts. The worst seen so far is bones of people and no blood or gore on them at all. Aliens however in Destiny will have gore and blood as seen in devils lair, breaking into pieces and alien blood spraying every where, but the even so, it doesn't exceed a PG-13 level if it were a movie so why the mature rating? Cussing takes many forms in video games from rage cussing to military like cussing as seen in Battlefield and the Halo series, although Halo's is quite mild compared to other games, and in Halo multiplayer you hear absolutely no cussing at all. Even CODs makers put little if not any cussing in their recent multiplayer modes. We have heard the word "hell" in Destiny trailers but like stated before, it doesn't top a PG-13 level if it were a movie. Although, we do expect to here some more cussing later on, it is assumed to be mild and barely noticable. Even if they were to add cussing in online games such as Destiny, it would get annoying to hear other peoples voice overs constantly playing over yours trying to talk to other fireteam members, thus, the likely hood of them adding any voice over in in-game (besides cinematics) is doubtful. Even because of these facts, people do expect newer games to be much more explicit and and violent as seen in Titanfall, were you can snap smash people to bits and twist there heads all the way around. Halo 5 was also mentioned to be more gory as its predecessors. Skyrim Elder Scrolls Online was also mentioned that it would have more mature content in it that would not suite younger audiences even though it is an online game. People have also thought that games with more gore and cussing in them may not be able to be handled in consoles because of the processing limitations in consoles but as even seen in COD 4, it is even possible to add major gore in Xbox 360 and PS3 games and the consoles still handle it. We do not know how well newer, Xbox One and PS4, will handle more tphings such as this but the history of COD makers and Bungie makes the possibility of gore a little one. In all, most can agree that Destiny will achieve an M rating, but will be suitable to most people above the age of at least 12. This is only my personal post and your views may be different and most of the facts point to this. But, who knows, Bungie might surprise us... xllSyndicatellx ll Admin of the ThunderLordz
