Uneducated -blam!- saying it looks like TDKR, when asides from the emblem on his chest it's pretty much the Year One Batman costume.

Sorry, I completely misread what you wrote. Yes, you are correct. But the Year One/TDKR costumes are very similar (they're both written by Miller, so not surprising.)

TDKR would make sense too since Nolan said he's getting the inspiration for this movie from that comic.

You mean Snyder? Snyder brought Miller onto the project. Nolan has a little less involvement as the producer. But I'm sure you know that. :) Yeah, they did quote TDKR when they announced the movie.
