The Shrike/Sparrow is basically a Ghost. Ram them pointy front ends up the Fallen's... I'm so ready for Destiny!

Uh... No. Not really. The Shrike is closer to the bike in the Pokemon games--meant for transportation, not combat.

Why Pokemon?? They made Halo so I'm sure it will be combat too.

I don't know... The fact that you can conjure it anywhere, and the lack if obvious guns and general exposed nature makes me think that it's more for transport. I could be wrong, though.

Oh, well it seems that the sparrow could be combat. As Bungie said there are different Sparrows and the Shrike is only one of them.

It still might cause some damage on impact though.
