Graphics, DLC quantity [i]and[/i] quality, narrative, characters, gameplay, difficulty (where it is needed, ie: raid bosses), lore, etc. This, however, does not mean that the first is a bad game. The first game offers a very large amount of fun filled content as well. It just may not be as polished or abundant as it is in Borderlands 2.
