I'm sure he gets a pretty good paycheck. Bungie is a business, not a charity.

Think of all the people that get paid but stink at their job. He is probable required for his job to do much less then what he is doing. All the amazing info that we have gotten and that has made us go crazy for Destiny is thanks to him (and the Bungie team for making it XD).

I was talking about the very few you stated that get paid well for being bad. The government employs more people then I can count and am not saying they can't do their job.
