War of the Forums (Chapter I)

Chapter I will introduce the horror that is the new enemy. This was Duardo, the second in command of Achronos. He was a great strategist and tactician, rivalling even Achronos. “Yes. And they’ve a great force. The first count was around five thousand.” “That is only because they managed to ambush you. They attacked with the advantage of being unknown.” Deej spoke up, standing up from his chair. “It was the perfect strike. They knew you had no idea what their capabilities were. Surely, now, we will be able to combat them, now that we have knowledge of their weaponry. And besides, we can replenish the Bungie Fleet rather swiftly. This is no great loss, as we’ve lost far more.” “I don’t know, Deej. These things held magnitudes of firepower that rival ours, as seen from the readings. They’re just as fast. We’ve never had to run into something as equally powerful as our Federation of America.” “Sirs! A world from the outer rim is under attack!” A messenger ran into the great atrium of a room. He immediately put his holopad, splitting it into three, into the hands of Achronos, Duardo, and Deej. “They just broke through the first defensive shell and are attacking the second! By now, they may be landing an invasion!” “How many ships are protecting the world? How many are of the enemy’s?” Duardo asked. “Two hundred ships of ours, three hundred ships of their’s.” The messenger answered. “Send a reinforcement fleet.” Deej ordered, following with the nods of the other members. “You’re so gay.” “You bet your anus I am!” a deep, but rather feminine voice spoke. It belonged to that of Vien Quitomn. “But seriously, screw you.” “Whatever. You weren’t gay before; don’t know why you are n-” “Shut the hell up, private ‘TehHaloz.’” Gasai Yuno growled, annoyed by the man’s speaking. “Why don’t you shut your asshole before Vien gets in.” This comment earned a long angry glare of Quitomn. “Get ready, suit up!” the COMMs broke through, breaking the tension. The soldiers, at least a dozen of them, suit up in heavy armor. This armor was standard from the Kryptonian armories. “Remember, no holding back!” the COMMs then went silent. The Federation of America had no sense, no need to hold back. Holding back often ended with defeats. The Federation learned this in its early years, along with not putting budgets on the war effort. This policy had led to rapid advancement during its wars. It was an advantage of which it understood. Then the doors that ran across the frigate opened, hot air rushing through and brushing the faces of the warriors within. Below, ten kilometers to be exact, was the main city. The city, as with all Federation cities, was massive. It could easily cover a mountain. What amazed them was the amount of destruction that was occurring. Beams of light sliced through buildings. Thousands of tiny dots raced the streets, belong to that of rifles. “Jump!” the COMMs shouted. The soldiers ran out from their slot in the wall, all in a perfectly straight line, and leaped out. They spread out and activated their impact shield, smashing into the streets or through rooftops. The soldiers were unharmed by the impact. “Vien! Six o’ clock!” TehHaloz shouted, rifle materializing in his hand. He fired a hardlight beam, it slicing through the figure that charged at Vien. “Are those… women?” Gasai asked, pointing at a group of young looking females that were tearing through the armor of a tank, claws drawn and eyes blaring red. “They are!” “I’ll speed blitz them!” Vien shouted and lunged, flying across the street and stopping before the tank. He slapped one of the demon women off and then swung the other direction, smashing another demon woman into the asphalt. The other women turned with teeth long and sharp. “What is this madness?” He made short work of the women, smashing each and every one of them into street. He stomped the last into a sticky, bloody paste. “This is what we’re fighting?” He looked back at the two, laughing almost. “This is nothi-” Vien was then tackled by a huge, spider-like creature. Vien tumbled, smashing through several abandoned cars. The creature screeched with its arms wide and three fingers flexed. The thing had to have been eight feet tall. TehHaloz lunged out, tackling the creature into a department store. It pushed him off, launching him several levels up and landing him on a platform. TehHaloz quickly drew his rifle as the creature leaped into the air. He aimed, fired, and killed the beast. “What was that thing?” TehHaloz groaned to himself, only to be answered. “Leviathans, or at least that’s what we’re calling them.” A soldier came out, pieces of his Kryptonian armor already gone. With that instance, Vien and Gasai appeared. “I say we just blow up the planet.” “How about no.” Several hours later had them fighting through several creatures they had learned were called waifus and fewer of the leviathans. They stopped on top of a skyscraper, looking down at the death that was happening below. “They infinite, there’s literally no end to them.” Vien growled, repairing a shoulder piece. Several jets roared overhead, launching missiles after some other bulbous black fighter ships. Above, a triangular ship appeared, firing lasers upon the city. “What the hell?” They watched as blobs of biomass smashed into the city, plowing through or splattering against buildings. The men watched as creatures leaped out from the biomass, which had itself started growing larger. “Mother of the gods.” Vien looked on in horror, mandibles wide open. “Close your mouth before a dick finds itself in there.” This comment earned TehHaloz a hard punch to the face. ----- As you can see, I put a spin on stuff for this. Waifu can look like regular, albeit (lore-wise) beautiful women. However, they turn into hideous monsters in battle-mode. Leviathans are huge, strong monsters that act as the foot-men in the FotV. They look like this. Does anyone else want in on the action?
