I'm guessing either John Stewart or Cyborg.
Personally I hope it isn't cyborg. If they need the token black guy than John Stewart is the way to go.

Yeah, we don't need Ryan Reynolds coming back as Hal Jordan, so John Stewart is my bid for him.

He isn't doing Green Lantern. He confirmed that the character he was playing has never been done before (see updated OP.)

Well technically, John Stewart hasn't been done before :P But yeah, I just don't want Cyborg. He's too forced into alot of JL stuff recently and he's a very eh character. That and we can save him for teen titans.

I agree. I'm not really into the whole Cyborg story arc that Johns' is doing with the current JL series. I just hope to god he isn't Doomsday or Lobo. Jason Momoa would have been perfect for either role.

They won't have any big actor as doomsday. Doomsday would just be a weapon, a beat destroying everything, and a part of a bigger story. The best exaple would be the JLU, where Doomsday is a weapon of cadmus. Doomsday still presents a threat and nearly kills Superman, but he's a part of the whole story of Cadmus. Doomsday isn't a villain where a movie can be dedicated to him.

No, of course not. However, we already have Lex Luthor cast as well. So he could probably be connected, and may even be responsible for DD's creation. I'm not saying he'd be the main villain, but he COULD be DD. Not that I want him to play DD, but your guess is as good as mine.
