Captain America is honestly quite a match for Cheif without any equipment. Both just in uniform it'd be real neat; Chief is physically superior in every way, but I think Cap has more knoledge then Chief on fighting. He's like a spartan 3 physically.

Experience from what? WOII?? Bro Chief and the other spartans have researched pretty much any type of warfare from wars in the ancient times to modern era + 26th era military tactics. This gives him a huge edge over cap.
