That's debatable; lack of concrete evidence is what leads to shows like Ancient Aliens, interpretation of ancient history being different (thinks of ancient sumerians), religions that form Christianity in its current state, and things like it. Hmm those pagan religions are interesting under different paradigmal lenses, but ignoring those, there's quite the amount when you look at it. The point of this being that a high ranking official has confirmed these things, instead of Astronauts talking about it, ancient history scholars comparing differences of thought to translations of how events in their past were perceived, and continuing on.
