There is no plot-armor in versus battles.

Of course there is. Without plot armor, most characters would be already dead or their skills and abilities could not be mapped. In Halo versus battles, "luck," AKA "plot armor" is actually canon and causes Chief to win everything.

Yes, in everything else there is plot-armour, but not in this versus thread (or any versus thread).
