Can't we do versus matchups worth talking about?
Maybe...
Batman vs Deadpool?
(No prep time)

On one hand, we have Batman, who is trained in nearly every, if not all Earthly martial arts and a few alien ones, has a really cool car, and is equipped with loads of weapons and tools. And on the other hand, we have Deadpool, who can't die.
-
And on the other hand, we have Deadpool. Who just doesn't give a shit. Fix'd
-
It would be entertaining.
-
-
How is that worth talking about? Deadpool is the most OP character in Marvel.
-
Deadpool isn't the most OP. Brief list of characters who stomp deadpool. Thor, Iron Man, Hulk, Galactus, Silver Surfer, and plenty more than that.
-
He may not be OP, but the fact that he cannot die gives him an automatic win.
-
Pretty sure he can die, total incineration would get the job done couple other, Galactus would would suck out his life energy, being cosmic entity kind of gives him and advantage, Silver Surfer is a high level user of the Power Cosmic if you look at some of the abilities he can win. And I'm pretty sure iron man extremis suit could punch out cuthlhu so he's got it covered.
-
He is LITERALLY banned from the realm of death by Thanos. He cannot die. He survived a supernova going off right beside him.
-
Yet again GALACTUS! He can change the very fabric of the universe, or he could trap deadpool in negative space.
-
Lol Galactus ain't even the strongest character in Marvel. But sure, he could do that. But again, he's banned from the realm of death.
-
True but trapped in negative space might as well be death. Galactus sucking all of the life energy from him would leave his body useless so might as well be dead lol.
-
Fair enough.
-
Well yes, maybe if he is utterly obliterated, but most wounds that would be fatal to others do not affect Deadpool.
-
Sure most things wouldn't be a problem, but the higher end of the marvel universe gets a little ridiculous in terms of raw power lol.
-
Indeed it does.
-
Which makes him OP...
-
Well, yes. But I was speaking in terms of raw power. It would be completely possible to incapacitate Deadpool and capture him, thus effectively defeating him. Since Batman would never kill anybody, he could simply capture Deadpool.
-
Even in terms of raw power, Deadpool has a, well, pool of abilities (like teleporting and such). Even decapitation won't kill Deadpool. He is literally banned from the realm of death by Thanos (who is in love with the female incarnation of Death, who is in love with Deadpool.)

Batman also has a wealth of abilities and gadgets at his disposal. Also, Batman has Batarangs. Everyone knows Batarangs are the coolest things ever. Well, besides Wing Dings. And Hawkgirl's mace.
-
Yes, I guess I can see your logic then.
-
-
Oh... Well I don't know much about DC or Marvel.
