Full customization for characters. Not sure how it would work though with the bullshit endings we got from ME3. Yeah you could upload a game save but you would lose any quest related to synthetics with the destroy ending, everyone would glow strangely with the synthetic ending and have no reason for quarrel, and the control ending screws over the civil unrest idea because Shep would obviously help the council with his Reapers.
