I'm right here with you, flight would truly be awesome but we have to let Bungie decide what it is they can afford to spend time on. There's nothing wrong with asking them to include it, just please don't be too disappointed if they can't add it.
It would really suck it the space exploration (or some other, slightly more vital element) was a partially developed version of what it could have been with proper attention.

Oh, I am already disappointed. I sorta lost interest in this game. I mean I was ready to chew through solid rock to get to it, but I know they aren't going to stick in space flight at this junction. It still needs to be said though because really Destiny became generic to me the minute they bus routed our ships. A snorey grindfest of leveling everything in a Borderlands with beautiful sky boxes that say this ones earth, this ones Mars...wheeee. That's what's pinging around in my skull right now when I think Destiny. So the damage is done. I'm just hoping that gets blasted away by a nuke of awesome come launch.

Destiny is going to be like Halo on some serious racehorse roids, in every respect it'll be beefier. Where's the beef, you say? [i][b]It's everywhere[/b].[/i] I guarantee the playable spaces, mysteries and fights you'll find there will be [i]far[/i] from generic. Remember, when Bungie sits still, before too long they start blowing your mind with things like the ODST campaign and open world, not to mention Reach's dogfighting. Destiny will last us 10 years and over the course of the series, I do believe we'll see some [i]extremely[/i] interesting additions come to fruition. It is not a matter of if but a matter of [i][b]-[/b][u]blam![/u][b]-[/b][/i], world domination is at hand.

Edited by DEZARATH: 12/7/2013 11:42:54 AMYeah Reach's space dog fight is sorta of the goal and I'm the kinda guy who spent an hour just driving around GTA V to check out the weather and locals when I stepped into it. and that's what enjoy most about GTA is just finding those out of the way places some artist spent a month pouring over and I can see space being like that. Someone says flying through space would be boring. Well you know just driving over the moon would be pretty boring as well. But in the hands of skilled artists and story tellers that's all bs being shouted out by the Unimaginative.

lol Hey, you never know. It could make it in, I just wouldn't get my hopes up because they kind of denied they would be focusing on it this game. What console and race are you doing?
