On days that I am free I sleep for about 12 hours long. Just like today. I went to bed at 01:00 AM last night and woke up at 13:00 PM. Now 7 and a half hours later I feel tired already and I haven't done that much that could make me this tired. :s
But if I happen to wake up earlier in the morning and actually get off bed I get very tired during the afternoon and then need a 1 or 2 hour nap.
Is it my condition that I am always so tired? I don't sport, but that can't be it right?

Take a multi. Eat clean. Don't drink so much caffeine. Exercise for 30 minutes a day.
