I agree, pot, or any recreational drug, for that matter, is a horrible alternative to dealing with reality. The rest of us deal with our lives, they should, too.

People who use substances still "deal with their lives." That doesn't mean there's anything wrong with enjoying yourself recreactionally, especially with a safe and beneficial substance.

I suppose that's true, and I do know and am friends with some pot smokers, but I just can't help but feel that it's wrong. Not that it's really that bad, but to me, the negatives simply outweigh the positives when it comes to using drugs.

There's a difference between use and abuse. That is the key.

Yeah. As long as they are not harming themselves or others, I guess it should be fine. I just hate hearing about how some do abuse drugs, and create problems.
