I want to believe and say Batman because A, he's batman and B, I hate Superman.
But even if batman had his contingency plan and kryptonite bullets, superman would rock his world. OP one dimensional superman. :(

Right, so superman is unrealistic and op, yet batman regularly takes punches from villains like bane, who have super strength. Hes gotten punched through several brick walls, and somehow doesnt break a bone? Superman isnt the only one here whos unrealistic
-
Really? Batman is more OP then Superman? Problems with Superman's story: Can stop a speeding train: Even if superman can stop 40,000,000 pounds moving at 130mph, which I think he can, If he stood in front of a train it would launch him flying. He, despite being incredibly strong, only weighs 235lbs. But lets say that he was flying or something, resisting the force of the train. The first few cars of the train would shatter, and the whole train would derail and fragment. There would probably also be an explosion, killing the conductor. That or superman would end up tunneling through the train, then it exploding. But lets remove (almost) all laws of physics and say that the train would quickly stop with minimal damage to the train. The conductor would fly through the windshield, dying. Superman's Secret Identidy: Facial recognition much? Superman has definetly been on camera, and so has Clark Kent. Why would glasses do anything? If a celebrity walked into a newspaper company wearing glasses, people would still recognize him. In fact, why does he look human at all? How would another species develop on another planet galaxies away from ours develop a sentient species that is the EXACT same as humans? Does DC hate Evolution? Pain: Clark Kent never felt any real pain until he fought supervillians, so his reaction should be like a little kid getting a shot at the doctor. Strength Development: If baby Clark had started crying,(like all babies) wouldn't he have been impossible to calm down, obliterating anything in his way? How does he shave? his hair is obviously also indestructible Super Mind: He should have a working understanding of all languages at a young age, have earned all 100% in school, drawing attention. This has an easy explanation though: he's just exceptionally stupid

Superman has definetly been on camera, and so has Clark Kent. Why would glasses do anything? If a celebrity walked into a newspaper company wearing glasses, people would still recognize him.
He's typically too fast for people to catch an accurate glimpse of his face, and it's more Clark's demeanor that throws people off - after all, Superman couldn't possibly be that clumsy, right?
In fact, why does he look human at all? How would another species develop on another planet galaxies away from ours develop a sentient species that is the EXACT same as humans? Does DC hate Evolution?
According to Red Son, kryptonians are really advanced humans from the future. That's not canon to the main DCverse, but it's the best explanation that's ever been given.
Pain: Clark Kent never felt any real pain until he fought supervillians, so his reaction should be like a little kid getting a shot at the doctor.
He'd felt pain as a kid, when his powers were less advanced.
How does he shave? his hair is obviously also indestructible
He bounces his heat vision off mirrors and burns the hairs off.
Super Mind: He should have a working understanding of all languages at a young age, have earned all 100% in school, drawing attention. He was trying to point out that batman is more unrealistic then superman.
-
Not more unrealistic. More unrelatable though.
-
And he did get straight a's in school
-
I know, but if he truly had such an advanced, he should have got 100% on all his tests without trying
-
What makes you think he didn't?
-
Um, imagine if you never did any work and got 100% on stuff. You'd skip grades and enter college early, becoming a master of _______ and _______ and _______, etc.
-
2 things: 1) he went to college 2) why the fu©k would you spend all that time in college when you have superpowers?
-
If i could learn everything in the world in an hour, i would. But he doesn't (stupid)
-
Batman isnt more op, but he does have his unrealistic moments where he was saved by the plot gods, even you cant deny that you stupid batfan

In comic book land of distorted reality and physics, that seems pretty par for anyone and happens all the time. Getting punched by Bane and getting punched my Superman are two totally different things.
-
The titan formula gives a human kryptonian strength, so no its not
-
lolno. Bane can lift maybe five tons at most. Superman can casually bench the Earth for five days straight.
-
Edited by cvbe K: 10/21/2013 9:44:18 PMNowhere have I read (I did some lazy searching truth be told) that titan is equal to limitless superhuman strength. In fact, according to the Superman wiki which references various comics, he is able to carry 200 quintillion tons while in yellow sunlight. Source if you'd like. Guess it depends on which Superman we're talking about. Regardless, I don't think I've ever seen Bane carry anything over that. Furthermore, with Superman's super speed his punches would be accelerating much faster than anything Bane could throw and therefore generate more force. So no, getting punched by Superman is not the same as getting punched by Bane.
-
Regardless, a punch from bane should at least break a few ribs
-
Edited by cvbe K: 10/21/2013 11:48:24 PMYeah, should. Comic book physics are weird, huh? lol. Wouldn't make for an interesting story if Bruce Wayne exploded every time he got punched, I guess.

I suppose so
