I also hate it. The heritage thing is a joke. You can hardly see the grandparents and there are no attractive models for your parents and there's. I hate that your characters looks and clothes are based off of that activity scale where you put the hours in. I wish they just let you pick your own face, hair and other whatnot out. I know I'm hardly going to see my character, but I hate it when a game has customization and it's half assed. It's the same with Halo 4. Nearly every armor in the game looks like shit to me. I have no shits to give about armor, but I don't mind making my Spartan look cool in my eyes.
