just goes to show, newer does not always mean better.
(what i mean by that is a 'good old-fashioned' number lock is a better security system than this; it would take much longer to crack a 4 or 6 digit lock (without any fancy tech / software) than to do this)

Assuming each 'button press' requires 10000 elementary operations as a high-end estimate, I estimate that it would take less than 10^-1 of a second on a 2.66 GHz computer.
