I love how the whole world can agree that the NSA can go -blam!- themselves. I mean, we all hate them. It's awesome, in a strange way.
OT: The NSA has been doing semi-veiled surveillance for a long time, it's just that PRISM was the first time it got the scrutiny it needed. Spy novels have been referencing them for years (Tom Clancy novels, anyone?).

Hey it's not all bad, these are jobs that are being provided here.
MUH JOBS! MUH JOBS!!!
It doesn't mean shit if it isn't productive. The NSA is the equivalent of a bunch of monkeys running around in circles and eating their own shit. It doesn't produce any goods and it is a cancer of an industry.

Thanks for proving you have no idea what the NSA does.

I'm not saying that I want the whole agency burned to the ground, but everyone does have a chip on their shoulder after PRISM was leaked. Nor am I saying that all their surveillance is bad; it's done some good over the years, as it ought to.
