Regenerating health isn't new. That has been in MGS3 and 4.

No. You can regenerate health if you just sit there and do nothing for a few minutes.

On the condition that your stamina is full . And it takes a good 3-4 minutes . This new regen health will probably be screen turns red and if your not b eing shot within 30 seconds your health regenerates

Having no health bar, the screen getting bloody as you get hurt, and then breathing heavily as your screen clears suddenly is. I won't mind regenerating health if it shut off during Alert/Evasion stages, and your health regen kicked in slowly during Caution phase and worked quickly in Normal Phase, but having COD-style shootouts just isn't Metal Gear-ish at all.
