I didn't read much of that, too much writing, condense and simplify; if you can't explain it simply you don't understand it well enough
I stumbled across this term on a youtube video about narrative in games, it's called Gesamtkunstwerk, and it's probably why Shadow of the Colossus is my favourite game of all time; everything in that game just fits together, gameplay, narrative, worldbuilding, everything just clicks into place and creates something that can only work as a video game. That's how I think that industry should portray narrative(s).

Now that I think about it, this is probably why I'm enjoying my playthrough of the walking dead so much, I never thought a game could be this engaging with just QTEs, point&click, and good writing.

I didn't think to condense it, I just kinda typed until I drove my point. And yes, The walking dead game is something awesome, great wiring, how far are you?

Just taking a break after getting to the house in episode 4...you know I never cry when it comes to stories, but i could feel tears towards the end of episode 3 when you know what happens, this game is cruel and I love it!

God I really want to spoil the ending, but I can't.

Episode 3 was harsh, I finished it the same day the shooting in the school happened (I forgot the name of the town :/ ). So it really sunk in. Prepare yourself for everything once you get in the house, it's an emotional roller coaster. Didn't cry, but got really close at the end

Bracing myself right now, but i'll probably doze off before episode 5.

Get some sleep, you need to have a clear head for some decisions

If you insist, goodnight~
