Am I the only one who thinks Anime characters look like Aliens?
To be fair it only applies to this particular art style, but still I can't watch most animes without noticing this. I mean just look at these similarities:
- Eyes take up large portion of the face.
- Irises fill most or all of the eye, lack distinct pupils.
- Triangular face shape.
- Large forehead
- Very small or absent nose.
- Small, retracted lips.
- Usually very pale complexion
- Thin, with large head to body scale ratio.
- Makes weird squeaking noises.
Sure there are some differences, mainly hair, eye coloration and level of detail, but I just can't shake the fact that a real person with the face and body proportions of one of these types of anime characters would look very similar to a common depiction of a grey alien.
But wait, if aliens are real, could this mean that waifus are some kind of tool to- oh Jove have mercy if I'm right.
