My computer boots up and soon as it gets to the "Windows is Starting" it freezes, goes blue screen for a second, then reboots. It then sends me to recovery, but it really does not do much. I really don't know what I'm doing and I don't want to lose my files....
Important Facts:
It's an HP laptop (G62)
Windows 7 (I don't want to hear that Mac or Linux is better then windows)

Be sure to delete the System 32 folder, it usually causes a freeze like you described and is actually a malware folder created by most viruses. Just go into your C drive and find the Windows folder. Go in there and find System 32. Highlight that folder and delete it. Afterwards restart your computer.
