There's no proof that God is real. There's also no proof that He isn't real, either. Everyone loses in this argument.

The side that can be proven correct by example always bares the burden of proof. In this case the existence of god can be proven by example (i.e. by an event which could not have occurred had god not existed), but the non-existence of god cannot be proven by example, hence the burden of proof lies with those who are claiming that god exists. Thus if there is no evidence either way, then the conclusion should be that god doesn't exist.

Did you even read the OP?

Edited by Inyaccurate: 7/29/2013 10:01:23 PM...Yes!...no... I just thought this was your typical "God isn't real because reasons." thread, so I was just like, "Huh, better just give my two cents and leave.". Are you suggesting otherwise? Is there more to this thread?

Did you read the OP?

I have seen the error of my ways.
-
No, because I noticed in the first sentence it is inaccurate so I didn't bother.
-
You must have not read the tags either.
-
I actually did, and they weren't amusing either.
-
You apparently didn't read the OP. If you aren't going to read the OP, get out of my thread.

I'm still here, you mad? There's a mute button if you need it, or were you so poorly raised that you don't even know what it's function is?

Oh, hi rose.

Haha, Rose? You have mistaken me for someone else I guess...
