I want some killer music in Destiny if I am in a vehicle, like one station is classic Marty O' Donnell pieces, another is heavy metal music, and also a dubstep station (you know, if you are into that stuff, of course). Just imagine being on a Pike bike, slaughtering enemies with a kickass guitar playing in the background. Just a crazy thought, can't be as bad as cat ears or house pets....

I think you should be able to add music in, like in Need for Speed.
-
Might be far fetched but I loved playing Fallout 3 with GNR playing.

Edited by DJenser: 11/26/2013 6:01:46 PMI think that any nearby radios found outside of the City should broadcast nothing but the sound of hundreds of people screaming, as if they were perpetually broadcasting live from the Collapse.

"In later news, three noob cakes where murdered by a fallen drone over by that inconspicuous place that nobody talks about, there remains are being shipped back to their noob cake families"

Edited by ScottOnSheppey: 11/27/2013 4:00:41 AMYes. But first things first: Only on Earth. It would be interesting to have some "Raid" missions upon Radio Towers webbing out from the city, to increase the range of the station. The radio could then tell you about Public Events and where some are going to be. It could also have personalized news to where you are in the story line/ the public story line. I think it could work.
-
That would be awesome. Maybe you could even find he broadcasting station, get an interview, see the AI dj. Or maybe said AI dj will be an AI DeeJ.
-
I want an 80's rock station.
-
I think it would come off as awkward, especially as Humanity probably lacks the infrastructure on other planets to broadcast music willy nilly. Not to mention, Bungie has always been a fan of people listening to the music they want you to listen to in a particular scene, in all of the recent Halos when you try to play Music in the background of your Xbox a little message pops up politely asking you to stop.
-
Yes run by DeeJ
-
No not at all, like another said...It's worked in FO, would be pretty cheeky in Destiny....
-
No, I only want Martin O'Donnel.
-
Only on Earth near cities or towns...
-
Its a nice idea but I dont think that it would really fit in with Destinys setting...

Sirius channels 100 & 101
-
To put it simply... No.
-
You've got me thinking what talk radio would be like in Destiny (shudders with disgust). Anyway custom soundtracks would be cool but radio stations would be weird.
-
Who would be broadcasting this?
-
Galaxy News Radio!!!
-
3 stations max. One for war news, one for poli news, and one for... idk... music recovered from back when they still made it? No more than that. It doesn't make sense to have more than three stations.
-
This reminds me of Forza Horizon, which was not an FPS. I think this would only work in the city though.
-
Your listening to km95.1 fm , the guardian of lllllllooooooovvvvvveeeee....
-
i think there should be radio in the city or in vehicles but not when walking around or it could ruin the setting listening to dub-step when exploring the beautifuly mysterious jungles of venus
-
would be great if they added a feature that you could turn on that when you entered combat it shut off though. I would want to hear where shots are being fired from and just the sounds of battle.
-
I think it would be awesome if the game had no background music. But like all of the halo games, they had background music so i doubt this would happen.
-
Well if you put it like GTA IV...
