Well, by "new blood", I would assume that means first time Bungie gamers, since Destiny is a cross-platform game. But most Bungie gamers now are old(and current) Halo fans. So really, "new blood" would mean new guys coming from PSN. Totally different styles over there, but I've heard that they are more polite. And PSN has a stronger emphasis on indie and artsy games (Journey for one) than XBL. So if that means more creativity in the forums and game, I'm all for that.
