Given the way your OP is worded, that wasn't made clear. Anyway, of course it's frowned upon, do you really have to ask why? I'm not going to debate with you about this though, because frankly I find it stupid. Okay, so what I'm saying is, if it's frowned upon to give babies tattoo's, why is it okay to circumcise them? Both are being done without their consent, and both are for the most part useless, cause pain, and pretty permanent.
